Welcome to DUSE24. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the DUSE24 website, mobile application, and delivery services. By accessing or using DUSE24, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. About DUSE24
DUSE24 is an on-demand delivery platform that connects customers with delivery partners for the transportation and delivery of permitted goods and items.
Depending on availability in your location, DUSE24 may provide services including parcel delivery, document delivery, household item delivery, and other permitted delivery services.
2. Eligibility
To use certain features of DUSE24, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed through your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Not share your account with unauthorized persons.
- Notify DUSE24 if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Not use another person's account without authorization.
4. Delivery Services
DUSE24 provides a platform for requesting delivery services. Delivery availability, estimated delivery time, delivery charges, and other service details may vary depending on location, distance, availability, traffic, weather, and other circumstances.
Any estimated delivery time shown through the platform is an estimate and is not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.
5. Delivery Requests
When placing a delivery request, you must provide accurate pickup, delivery, recipient, and item information.
You are responsible for ensuring that the pickup and delivery addresses are correct and accessible.
DUSE24 may contact you or the recipient when necessary to complete a delivery.
6. Prohibited Items
You must not use DUSE24 to transport items that are illegal, dangerous, restricted, or otherwise prohibited under applicable laws.
Prohibited items may include, but are not limited to:
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances.
- Weapons, ammunition, or explosives.
- Hazardous or toxic materials.
- Stolen or illegally obtained goods.
- Counterfeit goods.
- Items prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.
- Any item that may create an unreasonable risk to people or property.
DUSE24 reserves the right to refuse or cancel a delivery involving prohibited or suspicious items.
7. Delivery Charges and Payments
Delivery charges and other applicable fees will be displayed or communicated through the platform where applicable.
Charges may depend on factors such as delivery distance, service type, location, demand, waiting time, or other applicable factors.
You agree to pay all applicable charges associated with your delivery request.
8. Cancellation
Delivery requests may be cancelled subject to the cancellation rules applicable to the particular service.
Cancellation charges may apply in certain circumstances, including after a delivery partner has accepted a request or started travelling to the pickup location.
DUSE24 may also cancel a delivery request when necessary due to availability, safety, technical problems, incorrect information, prohibited items, or other circumstances.
9. Delivery Partner
Delivery partners are responsible for performing delivery services in accordance with the applicable delivery instructions and platform requirements.
DUSE24 may provide delivery partners with relevant order information required to complete a delivery.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that items provided for delivery are properly packed and suitable for transportation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the item, pickup location, delivery location, recipient, and contact details.
11. Recipient Responsibilities
The recipient should be available at the provided delivery location or provide appropriate instructions for receiving the delivery.
If the recipient cannot be reached or the delivery cannot reasonably be completed, additional charges or cancellation may apply where permitted.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the DUSE24 platform or interfere with its operation.
You must not:
- Use DUSE24 for unlawful purposes.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
- Abuse, threaten, harass, or harm delivery partners or other users.
- Use the service to transport prohibited items.
- Attempt to manipulate charges, orders, promotions, or other platform features.
13. Promotions and Offers
DUSE24 may provide promotional offers, discounts, coupons, or other incentives from time to time.
Promotions may have additional terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, or usage restrictions.
14. Third-Party Services
DUSE24 may use third-party services for functions such as payments, maps, authentication, notifications, analytics, or other technical services.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.
15. Privacy
